“Silence is a Symphony” Exhibition by Hannah Howells Opens at CityArts January 15

Hannah Howells began photographing live music at an early age, drawn to the people and moments that exist beyond the stage, and has continued documenting through years of presence in local music communities. Her work is guided by closeness, finding meaning in shared moments, friendships, and the intimacy of being present. Howells translates motion and feeling without excess.
