Downtown Arts District and CityArts, in collaboration with the Downtown Development Board, present the Orlando Mural Festival, beginning with a special Third Thursday Opening Reception on Thursday, September 17 from 6:00–9:00 PM at CityArts. The upstairs Signature Gallery will feature studio work from muralists who have participated in the past two years of Orlando Mural Festival, offering a closer look at the artists and their practices beyond their large-scale public work.
The festival continues on Saturday, September 19 from 2:00–10:00 PM with a full-day street party in Downtown Orlando. The celebration will feature live panel muralists, live artists, art vendors, live music, food trucks, and more, giving visitors the opportunity to experience the energy of the festival and watch artists bring their work to life.
